Having a comprehensive marketing campaign that starts 10 months prior to the event is an opportunity that shouldn’t be missed. We use a variety of marketing methods that will allow you to benefit before, during and after the event.

All of the options below are free of charge and will allow you to maximise your exposure to the market before the show even starts;

  •  Utilise the website

Use the online exhibitor zone where you can upload; press releases, logos, bios, adverts and more. Make sure your company information is as up to date as possible and you will start to receive enquiries before the event even begins.

  • Dedicated event marketing team

Send the team content and information on your latest products and innovations. These may be used in show promotions, press releases and emails. Any ‘at show’ promotions will increase your chances of being included in these details.

  • Direct mail

We are happy to provide electronic or hard copies of brochures and invites for you to send out to your clients/database. Thereby increasing traffic to your stand.

  • Online marketing

By joining our social media groups you will increase your audience and we are happy to promote exhibitors through our media channels. We can also provide you with show banners and email signatures for you to promote your presence.

  • E-marketing

We will be sending hundreds of thousands of emails to our extensive database. Do you have information that will engage visitors? Send your content, information and industry news to us which may be included in show promotion emails.
